From 2001 to 2005, Tom Vachet was Assistant General Manager and Master Trainer at Spectrum Athletic Clubs Manhattan Beach, a 205,000 sq.ft. luxury facility, where he oversaw the club's revenue-generating activities and facilities, such as a yoga studio, swimming pools, basketball courts, and gym, and additionally helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. He worked with various clients, from citizen athletes to older adults. He consulted with clients to develop fitness programs focusing on balance, core, stability, and strengthening.
In 2005, Tom Vachet founded Elite Performance Management, Inc. and served as President of the company for ten years. He offered a range of services, such as strength training, massage therapy, physical therapy, Pilates, sports psychology, sports nutrition, and yoga, to elite and high-performance athletes as well as many in the performing arts. He also advised clients who wanted to work on their fitness and referred those with untreated injuries or illnesses requiring medical attention to healthcare providers in Los Angeles.
Tom Vachet also previously served in various executive positions with Fortune companies such as BSI, and GTE, and with The Market Group engaged with technology companies to improve their branding, sales, and marketing strategies. At the outset of his business career Tom Vachet was VP Marketing and Sales at Kuschall of America and was a management consultant with Arthur Anderson Professional Business Consulting, working with startups in an emerging tech sector.
